Instructions: Fry the onion with the butter or margarine until soft (not brown). Transfer in to a bowl and add the cheese and mustard, mix well. Cut the puff pastry in to eight pieces and roll each one in to an oval shape. Cut each oval in half length ways, at one end roll a little of the puff pastry to give a 'foot' shape. Place the cheese mixture over half the pieces, leaving a margin around the edge. Dampen the edges with egg, cover with the other pieces of pastry and seal the edges. Brush the tops with more egg.
