Instructions:
Place the slices of toast on to heat proof plates. In a small pan, melt the butter, then all all the other ingredients stiring all the time with a wooden spoon. When the cheese mixture is hot, but not boiling, pour it over the slices of toast. Place the toast under a very hot grill to give a bubbly brown finish.
