"CAN'T EAT JUST ONE" HUSH PUPPIES
Ingredients:
1 box "Jiffy" corn muffin mix
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 med. green bell pepper, chopped
Milk to make muffin consistency
Instructions: Mix all together. Drop by teaspoon into hot fat. If you use a deep fryer it is easier. Take up when golden, drain on brown bag. Keep in warm oven until all are cooked. Delicious with boiled shrimp or any seafood meal.
