2 c. sugar 3 c. flour (sift after measuring) 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. soda 1/2 c. cocoa 3/4 c. salad oil 2 tsp. vanilla 2 c. cold water

Instructions:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add all liquids; mix well. Bake 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
